We help select the business activities, prepare the application, submit the shareholder information and follow the file through to licence issuance.
Dubai visa assistance and Emirates ID processing are included. Your company can be registered remotely, but you will need to visit Dubai for 1–2 days to complete the required visa and Emirates ID formalities.
We help you apply for multiple business accounts, including traditional UAE banks such as Mashreq and Emirates NBD, digital banking through Wio, and international payment platforms such as Payoneer.
Final bank and payment account approval always remains with the institution after its own KYC and compliance checks.
For a standard application with complete documents and
no additional regulatory approval, we target company
registration within 7 days.
We check your documents and submit the IFZA application. You sign the incorporation papers and the licence is issued once approved.
The entry permit is applied for as soon as the licence is in place. Your visa is processed on the same working day.
You complete the medical test and give your Emirates ID biometrics in 2 working days. The Emirates ID is then issued.
Regulated activities, third-party approvals, incomplete documents or additional checks can extend the timeline.
Thinking about moving your business to Dubai? Most founders look at
Dubai for more than just a business license. They want a global base for
their company, and often, a better place to live. If you are coming from
places like the UK, Europe, or Australia, the tax savings are a massive
draw. Just keep in mind that your actual tax setup depends on where you
live and where you manage the business day-to-day.
If you are setting up the company as an individual, we just need a clear copy of your passport, a digital passport photo, and your address details. If you already live in the UAE, you will also need to share your Emirates ID and current visa page. However, if you are registering the company under an existing corporate entity, or if your business activity falls into a regulated industry, the authority will ask for extra legal paperwork and corporate certificates.
Tell us what your business does and where you are based. We will
review your requirements, then give you a clear scope.
